Staff: With over 125 years of combined experience, our staff is friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect of the hand-made rug business. We are a family owned and operated business. Doug and Nelda Lay started the business in 1976. They, along with their daughter, Cynthia, and their son-in-law, Bruce, oversee all operations at the store.
Design Assistance: Our years of experience will help you select a carpet with the right size, design and colors for your space.
Approvals: We allow in home trials and never charge a restocking fee.
Shipping: We ship UPS worldwide, fully insured.
Cleaning and Repair: We offer expert cleaning and repair.
Inventory: Carpets in our Pendleton® and Dreamcatcher Collections are available in-stock from our store in North Carolina. Orders are shipped daily, via UPS. We strive to maintain an adequate inventory of our full production line; however, lapses do occasionally occur. If a carpet is not available when you place an order, we will take a back order against our next quarterly shipment.
